World Fair Play Awards of the year 2024 - Call for Nominations!

The International Fair Play Committee's mission is to draw the attention of the world to the outstanding examples of fair play attitude and good sportsmanship in sports.

Norwegian decathlete Sander Skotheim has been named winner of the International Fair Play Award as part of the World Athletics Awards 2024. Following nominations from fans, members of the International Fair Play Committee (CIFP) and World Athletics formed a jury to decide on a shortlist of five fair play moments in athletics from 2024, before Skotheim was declared the winner.

The French Fair Play Award Ceremony was held at the French Olympic Committee's headquarters in mid-November. CIFP President, Jenő Kamuti attended the ceremony, accepting Jean-Pierre Mougin's, President of the French Fair Play Committee, kind invitation. 

Dr. Jenő Kamuti, the President of the International Fair Play Committee, presented the World Fair Play Career Diploma to Hungarian-born fencer and college teacher Robert Gara at the international fencing competition held on the island of Guadeloupe in the Caribbean Sea.

“SPORT MOVIES & TV 2024” is the World Final of 20 Festivals (around the 5 Continents) of the “World FICTS Challenge” Championship of Television, Cinema, Communication and Sport Culture scheduled in Milan in November.
